COMING UP AND OTHER NOTICES

The calendar below gives details of forthcoming events.

Coming Up

Prayer for our Young People

Every Friday at 2:00 pm at All Hallows, by the Prayer Tree a group of us has committed to pray for our young people. All welcome to join us, feel free to leave a name for us to pray for. See Dorrie Bilson or Ann Simmonds.

Concert in aid of the Organ Fund

At 7pm on 15 September in All Hallows please join us for a concert of a wide range of music (not just from the organ). Tickets £7 for adults, £3 for under 16s, £17 for a family of four.

YOUNG CHURCH BUILDERS

What you’d probably know as Sunday School we call Young Church Builders. We meet most* Sunday mornings from 10am (i.e. before the service starts) in the Church Rooms attached to All Hallows.

At YCB we take children from 3 to 11 years and aim to provide music, singing, Bible stories and fun activities appropriate to their age.

If you would like to join us on a Sunday morning, please pop in and see what we get up to. We are always happy to have new children in YCB.

Over the summer holidays there is no YCB.  Please help yourself to an activity bag (located in the carpeted area near the font) which should keep younger children occupied should their attention wander! Children are also welcome to use the Church Room (under your supervision) during the service. Please speak to our sidespeople if you want to know where things are.

BABIES AND TODDLERS

Children are very welcome at our Service, whether they stay with you in the pew, stretch their legs in the carpeted area by the font or join YCB in the Church Rooms, where they may play with the toys (under the supervision of their carers) and are welcome to join in with YCB as and when they feel like it.

Toddlers are also welcome to play quietly (again under supervision) in the carpeted font area during the Service, but please note that their voices will carry during the quieter parts of the Service.

The activity bags (located in the carpeted area) should keep your children occupied if they aren’t in YCB.
