Vicar

Welcome to our website. I'm Kelvin Inglis and as vicar of the United Benefice of Whitchurch, Tufton and Litchfield I am responsible for Anglican mission and ministry to the people of this parish. I have responsibility for three churches: the parish church of All Hallows in Whitchurch, St Mary's in Tufton and St James the Less in Litchfield.

I can be contacted on 01256 892535. Email me here... My address is The Vicarage, Church Street, Whitchurch, Hampshire RG28 7AS just opposite the parish church.

"I was glad when they said to me, 'Let us go to the house of the Lord.'" Psalm 122

All Hallows is the home to a living community of Christian disciples who seek to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ in word and deed. For many centuries this has been a place of prayer and worship, of encounter and transformation. Whether you come for peace and contemplation or to offer praise and thanksgiving, we invite you to join us in bringing your hopes and fears, joys and sorrows, and setting them before the God of love.

Our main weekly worship is on Sunday mornings at 10 o'clock. There are activities for children up to secondary school age and refreshments after the service. Other services in the parish are advertised on the weekly pew sheet and in the Parish Magazine (and updated weekly on this website - Ed). If you wish to be married in one of our churches please speak to me. Similarly, I will be pleased to discuss arrangements for the baptism of an adult or child living in the parish.

26th May (Trinity Sunday)

Almighty and everlasting God, you have given us your servants grace, by the confession of a true faith, to acknowledge the glory of the eternal Trinity and in the power of the divine majesty to worship the Unity: keep us steadfast in this faith, that we may evermore be defended from all adversities; through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord, who is alive and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
