The calendar below gives details of forthcoming events.

All Hallows are in the Charity Shop for the 2 weeks from November 16th for two weeks until the 30th. We are hoping to give the shop a Christmassy feel with a Christmas Corner. Please start collecting sellable items. We have no storage for these but can arrange for collection once we are open.

After the Patronal Church Service on 2 November there will be a Parish Supper.  Please let Beverley know if you wish to attend (donation of £5) or provide a Shepherd's Pie or a desert.

Christmas Shoeboxes - Our youth group WAAG will be making up Christmas shoeboxes on 5 November. Please leave empty shoeboxes or small gifts in the church porch before or pass a £1 coin towards transportation costs to one of the WAAG leaders (Andrew Monk, Gill Bilton, Gill Knappett, Fiona Cornish). Details of size of shoeboxes and what can go in them are in the porch

If you are interested in joining a team to lead a new monthly midweek service at Berehill House (starting in October) please speak to Nicky 01264 720086 or nicky@thesmallwoods.com

Small groups are up and running after the summer break. A variety of topics, times and places. Please contact Catherine for more information. cmg966@btinternet.com

YCB - please prayerfully consider if you might feel led to join the YCB team. For more details, please see Caroline, Cara or Rhiannon. cazbar2006@yahoo.co.uk carascarfe@msn.com rhiannonmlove@gmail.com

Hosts and Hostesses are needed for Tea and Tots on a Thursday morning (9.20 to 11.30am). Please speak to Ruth or Pat if you can help.

Calling all knitters! Could you knit a Christmas angel for Churches Together in Whitchurch? Like last year, they will be left around the town in December with a Christmas greeting attached, for people to take home to put on their trees. Please talk to Judy Bright, or one of the wardens, if you'd like to help. A pattern is available.

We need more volunteers to join the ‘Holy dusters’. If you are free on a Monday morning and would like to help keep the church rooms shipshape, please speak to Hilary.

What you’d probably know as Sunday School we call Young Church Builders. We meet most* Sunday mornings from 10am (i.e. before the service starts) in the Church Rooms attached to All Hallows.

At YCB we take children from 3 to 11 years and aim to provide music, singing, Bible stories and fun activities appropriate to their age.

If you would like to join us on a Sunday morning, please pop in and see what we get up to. We are always happy to have new children in YCB.

* Our Praise Communion services, which happen roughly once a month, are designed for the whole family and so there is no YCB on these days. Please help yourself to an activity bag (located in the carpeted area near the font) which should keep younger children occupied should their attention wander!

Children are very welcome at our Service, whether they stay with you in the pew, stretch their legs in the carpeted area by the font or join YCB in the Church Rooms, where they may play with the toys (under the supervision of their carers) and are welcome to join in with YCB as and when they feel like it.

Toddlers are also welcome to play quietly (again under supervision) in the carpeted font area during the Service, but please note that their voices will carry during the quieter parts of the Service.

The activity bags (located in the carpeted area) should keep your children occupied if they aren’t in YCB.
